Marketing Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Nampa, Idaho | In-Person Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Assistant with specialties in social media, video editing, and event planning to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership and support a wide range of marketing initiatives behind the scenes.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for our LinkedIn presence, editing and promoting podcasts and webinars, and coordinating various events such as seminars, booths, and annual gatherings. This role requires an individual with strong administrative skills, technical skills, and marketing expertise. Someone who is able to be organized while also able to multitask and change tasks if requested. This individual should also be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members both in person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create LinkedIn Content.
• Plan and coordinate events including seminars, webinars, booths, and annual company events.
• Handle event logistics such as catering, vendor communications, and venue coordination.
• Update website content as needed in coordination with our website partner.
• Utilize HubSpot for marketing communications and workflow management.
• Provide email support and meeting scheduling.
• Complete various administrative and project-based tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing support, social media management, video editing, or event planning.
• Proficiency with Canva, HubSpot, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with video editing software and website design platforms (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, WordPress).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, in-person position based in Nampa, Idaho
• Collaborative team atmosphere with a mix of in-house and remote colleagues
